The results are in…

A poll by The Female Lead asked what people would do during the week to look after their mental well-being. 30,600 people voted.


48% of people said they would be physically active, 30% would practice mindfulness and 19% would connect with others.

1. Decide the one thing you’ll do this week to take care of your mental well being.


2. Write down why it’s so important to you.


3. Schedule it as a meeting in your calendar.
