Time Management

Want a quick tip to carve out time for the things you say you want to do?

❌social media (don’t get sucked in!)

❌Netflix binging (yes, I know you’re saying 😩....but my shows!)

❌news (get your one-minute update and move on)

❌googling about other people or things (does it really serve you?).

I’m NOT saying to stop using Instagram or watching Ozark, or to stop informing yourself on what’s going on. I’m saying be aware of how you choose to spend your time. ⏱ If you’re spending time on the unintentional😲2-plus hours glued-to-screen activity), but then say you can’t workout, go to bed earlier, read that book, or call a friend...Push yourself to make a different choice.
